I ordered and paid for underwear from Jockey SA online shop on 17 November 25.As of today 5 Jan 26...I have not recieved it. I have phoned and sent emails asking where the order is.. but have recieved no response.

I ordered items on the Jockey online store on the 20/11/2025. As of today the 26/11/2025 my order 64272 still shows not fullfilled and has not even been packed yet. If you order on Temu and Shein the process is much quicker. I emailed my frustration to hello@jockey.co.za and phoned 0310547923 just to hear that there is a backlog. If this is going to take so long then rather refund me in order to go to the Jockey Menlyn store. The online process takes tooo long, I should have gone to the store instead.

Poor quality of the sports bra top. Stap broke reported it and send messenger on Facebook. Got a 10% discount for the review really and the review were removed by Jokey. I was told after 2 days of messenger the team will be in contact no one have rep**** yet sorry Jokey if this is how u do business, WE WONT BE SUPPORTING YOU ANYMORE SMALLER STORES GAVE ME A FULL REFUND FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT. This is not on you buy underwear that needs to be comfy and supportive not break straps and then u at work that is a whole from home you must work like that you cannot go home and change

I was so impressed with this company - but my recent experience changed everything - So disappointed in Jockey. I had high expectations, but the item I bought - the stitching started to come out after 2 washes and they do not get back to me after sending them multiple emails to please assist in a return or exchange. They're just ignoring me. They are not getting any SALE from me ever again...

I would like to give a special thumbs up for Neli and King in the Jockey customer service side. I only wear Jockey and have to shop online because I live in a remote area. Outstanding service.
