Very bad and unprofessional service received. ABSA send Vehicle Registration papers to the company I work for. CCD Coeries delivered it wrongley now I must phone up and down send mails for absa and ccd to reroute the parcel although it wat CCD fault ABSA confirmed the right adress was on the waybill all the help I got form CCD WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LONG HOLDING ON FOR ASSISTANCEN AND TOTALY NO ONE IN CHARGE LIKE MANAGMENT WHO CAN ASSIST WRONG EMAIL ADRESSES WERE GIVEN AND THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL OF CCD IS NON REGULATED NO REPLY RECEIVED SINCE 12 November when send the query.
Sorry Olivia And Shane of Langeber Mall I have to report u as unprofessional. After Bcr reported the Hisense 21 KG Toploader for credit.I had to call Olivia to inform her and aked what is happening a week after BCR asked for credit. Oliva then talked to Hisense. We arranged for me to pick a replacement washing maching the weekend 22 Feb 2025 we visisted Game Langeberg mall. Shane was asssisting as Olivia were weekend of. I chose the Samsung 19kg bubble techlogy toploader. Shane informed us there are no stock available, The manager needs to order, He will make sure it gets orderderd. Monday 24 Feb I informed Olivaia on wapp this is the state of the process she must please check iff the machine is orderd. She told me is is still off she will let me now the following day. 12:48 pm the afternoon I asked Olivia after no communication from her side. I was told the machine is orderderd.I then asked how do they advertise a special and dont have stock I was told warehouse have stock it was orderd not very polite on the wapp. 28 Feb I asked for an update she said there will be a truck arriving the thursday hopefully it is on the truck. I in the meantime informed Game Headoffice of this service I was receiving and Bradley poritised my new machine order. I was frustrated and any with Hisense and Oliva and typed that they better hope my machine is on the truck as I am frustraded struggeling from Dec to get the machine to be replaced with angy emogis.Olivia then got rude and told me she is going to block me and I am not going to send her angry emogis she will give me the managers number and iff I cant wait I can get my money back, Eventually the store manager of Langeber mall phoned me and I explained the whole situation and frustration. I also asked him how do u advertise specials and dont have stock? He said they get their stock and specials of the head office, After a few minutes of going off on him he ensured me he will poritise my machine for delivery. Why must we as customers always put on a fight before u get what u requested for exchange the faulty machine for a new one. So 1 month after BCR credit application I got my Samsung 19 KG Bubble Tech Top Loader. Thank you all that helped to get the machine to me and the delivery Wumdrop was fast and friendley. Sorry Oliva and Shane we will not purchase any appliances form the washing machine/freezer, tumble dryer/stove /microwave form LANGEBERG MALL GAME AGAIN YOU MADE OUR EXPERIECE ****
Bad product and no customer service to resolve this issue of a 21 kg top loader that cannot complete the cycle in time and it is uncapable to was 1 blanket without putting more water and delaying washing time with a hour. Saturday we tested it again a comforter did the same put more water and delayed time. the same safter noon we loaded the machine with a med load of my daughters a few tops and 2 jerseys she also showed me the machine said 12 min for rinse and spin after 10 min it was still rinsing both times we need to stop the machine and put it on again and put it on rinse and spin this is un acceptable I have said to customer care we are working people form 7:00 am till 6:00 pm we are not available for a technician to look at the unit this is bull**** the machine is not keeping up the standard and cannot rinse and spin in time REFUND REQUEST OR NEW UNIT PLEASE I BE HISENSE HEAD BOSS TO BE IN CONTACT AS THE NORMAL WORKERS CANNOT ASSIST I HAVE BEEN BATTELING WITH THE TEAM SINCE 23 DEC 2024 !!!!! email nicolenebooyens@gmail.com
Paid R 10000 fot a 21kg toploader for what?reported water issue and machine cannot do his spinning cycle without adjusting time and putting in more water. After sales is very more only got half explanation after about 2 weeks! not bought machine bedding but its disappointing not delivering his value
I would like to thank Raushene from Vivo Sa Headoffice for assisting with my issue I have with the smar****ch I received with my Vivo V 30 phone in August 2024. From logging my complaine till the waybill for collection of the faulty device it was about 2 hours including 2 telephone call aswell. First 1 for the complaine the second one to inform me how long time frame for coerier pick up off the device. well done Vivo
Was very dissapoined in MTN South Africa. Salman Osman with after service received. Have a Problem with my fitness watch I received in August with my Vivo V 30. No one at MTN care/ facebook messanger help portal could assist me only one lady at MTN Langeberg Mall Mossel Bay could help with Vivo wapp helpline
Very poor sevvice received and managment just appologize 2 days after I have put in a complaint. None of the staff can read properley and they accepted the order and **** to the managment. I have send all my proof via wapp and all he can sy is sorry! Pathetic really. Firstley you got the complaint a day after witch I reported after we looked at the order . and reported to the offically STEERS Messanger page on facebook and all you can say SORRY!!
Very dissapointed in Food *****s Market Mossel Bay, I have visisted the store on 25th April 2024 for the advirtised specials of R 50. There were absolutley no specials availble on the shelfs or the fridges with meat. No assistance available on lady that was at fridge only said it will be re stocked the next day, I told the lady Nomophela the issue she was not very helpfull, Reported the issue to head office in Cape Town, They were responsive and gave me feedback that they have escalated it to the relevant department for feedback, I have reported it supp**** my phone numbers and till date no reply from Food *****s Mossel Bay I commented on the face book add aswell telling them my dissapointment no reaction, Poor MANAGMNENT , POOR STAFF AND NO STOCK, NO FEEDBACK YOU GUYS ARE A SHAME FOR THE FOOD *****S MARKET GROUP IN SOUTH AFRICA GET YOUR ACTS TOGHETER!!!!
Very disappointed to be treated like garbish at Renault Mossel Bay. First attempt to make a service booking a lady scream and swear so hard you can hear her Infront by reception. 2nd visit the mechanic informs my husband the demo Kwid we bought does not have a jack or a wheel spanner. This is totaly not on. not having my buisness nor recomendt this dealership.
