I bought a brand new phone from Game. It stopped working and when i took it back, i was advised that it had to go in for repairs. The device from sent from normal to advanced repair. I have been sitting without a device. Vodacom responded that a representative would contact me. That was nearly a week ago, an still no contact. I even tried emailing Itel, the maker of the Vision Pro, however no response. I would like my money back as i am not interested in Vodacom as a network. I need to be compensated for the inconvenience, and i will make sure that every site gets to know about their shocking service and the way that they treat their customers. Does anyone know any other site that i can post a review on ?
Hi everyone. I bought a Itel Dual Sim Vodacom Locked handset from Game in Tygervalley, Durbanville. . Not even a month later, the handset stopped working and did not want to switch on anymore. I took the phone back to Game, which then sent me to Vadacom to hand in the phone for repair. Vodacom has had this device for more than 16 days and its now gone form the repair centre to advanced repair. What i dont understand is that if a handset is just about new, how come it has to go from one repair centre to an advance repair centre for repair. I am not happy with Itel and tried to get hold of them on their stipulated customer email, which states that it does not exists anymore. Dont buy ITEL. Its not worth the hassles. I have also reviewed Vodacom, which i was advised will contact me. They still have not been in contact.
I bought a brand new Itel Vodacom locked phone from Game. The phone wasnt even 2 months old when it would not turn on anymore. I took the phone back to Game (Tygervalley) and they referred me to Vodacom to have the phone repaired. I have now received an additional sms from Vodacom, stating that the phone is now at the advanced repair centre. I contacted the repair centre, who advised me that at head office level they were going to replace the handset and give me a new one, however due to the fact that they dont have stock, it must got to advanced repair for fixing. So, firstly i will be sitting with a phone tat was practically new that has already escalated to an advance status of repair. What if this comes back, repaired and as a new handset, it still gives problems ? do i as a customer just sit back and accept this type of service? i do not think that its fair that a phone that is practically brand new get passed from one repair centre to another. If the first team cant repair it, something seriously must be wrong. Vodacom, i think you need to read this and respond. Its not fair at all. Is there someone within Vodacom that can escalate this please. My repair or job number is 20041816. I need my phone for business please.....
