Missing TV bracket after I received my item back.
Hi, I have had an issue with my TV in May just before the warranty expired. I sent my TV back with the TV bracket as it's Takealots policy to send everything back when you return an item. I got my TV back in June with only half of the TV bracket. I complained to Takealot. A month later they deliver the TV bracket only to deliver the half I have already received. I complained again and each time you get feedback that they are waiting on the supplier to get back to them and then no feedback is provided this query has been going on since June and we are in October now. I'm really disgusted by the level of service and lack of communication received with this.

DO NOT BUY Itel AT ALL!!!
useless piece of s****, dont even bother buying this ****py **** because it soooooooooooooo slow, you could go to the mall, come back and bath, go out and find it at the same loading screen

Useless Tv with YouTube
I brought a Tv with YouTube and I gotta say it's the most useless thing ever, just waste of my money,the YouTube is picky doesn't play some videos, it freezes,it's just a nightmare...I thought things will be simple with this tv but what a waste

Useless Tv with YouTube
I brought a Tv with YouTube and I gotta say it's the most useless thing ever, just waste of my money,the YouTube is picky doesn't play some videos, it freezes,it's just a nightmare...I thought things will be simple with this tv but what a waste

ITEL HANDSET
Hi everyone. I bought a Itel Dual Sim Vodacom Locked handset from Game in Tygervalley, Durbanville. . Not even a month later, the handset stopped working and did not want to switch on anymore. I took the phone back to Game, which then sent me to Vadacom to hand in the phone for repair. Vodacom has had this device for more than 16 days and its now gone form the repair centre to advanced repair. What i dont understand is that if a handset is just about new, how come it has to go from one repair centre to an advance repair centre for repair. I am not happy with Itel and tried to get hold of them on their stipulated customer email, which states that it does not exists anymore. Dont buy ITEL. Its not worth the hassles. I have also reviewed Vodacom, which i was advised will contact me. They still have not been in contact.

ITEL WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
Itel was our telecommunications supplier since July 2013. We don't have Telkom telephone lines so we had to put in a VOIP system. As a generator specialist company we don't know a lot about telecommunications. We are currently paying over R500.00 a month for a service we not even getting and no one is getting back to us on this. They are still our service provider, but I'm desperately trying to get out. Our phones just drops calls. BEWARE!
