Hi, I have had an issue with my TV in May just before the warranty expired. I sent my TV back with the TV bracket as it's Takealots policy to send everything back when you return an item. I got my TV back in June with only half of the TV bracket. I complained to Takealot. A month later they deliver the TV bracket only to deliver the half I have already received. I complained again and each time you get feedback that they are waiting on the supplier to get back to them and then no feedback is provided this query has been going on since June and we are in October now. I'm really disgusted by the level of service and lack of communication received with this.
I have called Vodacom middle of August to cancel my fibre I have with vumatel as they are my ISP. The debit order went off on 1 September and I gave vodacom a call and they told me it would be the last debit as I was supposed to give a month notice which is fair enough. I leave it and then this morning I see vumatel debited my account again. What must I do to get this fibre cancelled and for them to stop deducting from my account as this is not the first time I am having these issues.
HI, so last week I requested 2 quotes from Vodacom to buy out my contracts. I have sent them the signed quotes, copy of my ID and proof of payment as requested. Then a consultant cancelled the wrong contract it was a whole back and forth getting the correct contract cancelled and my number reinstated. Today I find out I owe them R11K for their mistake and there is a credit pending and they can only resolve the balance once the credit has been posted. This is the service you get from Vodacom after being a customer for many years. You may for their mistakes and no one can assist you and no one knows how the bill of R11K even came about
