They have no customer service at all. I took my car for minor service and when I fetched it, the car was still dirty. I was told they only clean the car when is major service, this didn't make sense to me as cleaning is part of "customer service". Furthermore, my minor service was more than than the major as I had some replacement. I've went to a lot of workshops before but is the worst!
The consultant was friendly and made sure I understood what I was signing up for...
The lady who assisted me was very helpful, as it was my first time claiming, I wasn't familiar with the process but after talking to her I saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
