Takealot refuse to refund a purchase I made as they would rather want to keep the manufacturer happy that delivers poor products. GIVE ME MY MONEY AS I GAVE BACK THAT AWFULL PRODUCT

Vumatel is pathetic
I have been struggling to get my refund from vumatel and home connect team since June 2022.bank statements and proof of overpayment was sent but we in January 2023 and it's still a struggle.
