None of their foundation colour codes match up! I am currently struggling to get stock of the Candid range of foundation in Sand Beige code 220. A few months ago I also struggled to get the Candid range in this colour and so I bought Sand Beige in expensive Age Defying glass bottle which colour is too dark and has different code range from the Candid, code25. Waste of my monies! Then today again no Candid in Sand Beige in stock so I now bought the Colourstay FULL cover in Sand Beige but the code was 210 and once again TOO DARK. Very expensive to not stick to the same colour.
yaga literally gives a seller ONE WORK DAY to drop off a parcel. I had someone order after hours on 12/8/24 and by 13/8/24 the next day already 24 hours of the 36 hours was gone, and by the early morning of 14/8/24 the locker had already expired. so ONE WORK day that is it. Very unrealistic and ridiculous. The Courier guy only opens at 8am but by 7am it was already all expired. So it cost me R125 to send the parcel when the delivery fees was already paid for by the buyer!! Utterly unrealistic to give so short a time. I will be removing my shop and items TODAY.
I sent all my daughter's documents in on the 9th of March and attached her itenary which showed that she was to travel on 20 April. On the 10th of March I received the invoice to pay which I did on the 11th and sent proof of payment made. On the 17th of March I received someone else's invoice. I queried this and also asked what is happening with her application because we had not heard anything. At no stage did anyone seem at all concerned with the wait period for the visa and we were ignorant that the wait period was an issue, we thought all was fine (since Elaine at Visasunlimited was never at any stage phased about her travel dates which I reminded her of at every call) I had to remind them several times that my daughter was in Durban not Johburg (since the usual company we use no longer managed visa applications I had to find this company on Google search) Her appointment date at TLS was 25 March and again even though I told Elaine several times of my daughters flight bookings, she was not at all concerned that the time line was too tight or there was a very real prospect of her not receiving her visa in time. When I called last week early (maybe 11 or 12 April) I was in a bit of a panic but again Elaine was very chilled and said she would try get the visa to come out before the Easter weekend and that on her system the visa was not issued yet, it was still with the High Commissioner. We did not get the visa as indicated before the Easter weekend but we thought at least today (the day before she flies!) she could get the visa, again I had to remind Elaine that we are based in Durban and we cant just go and pick it up from anywhere it would have to be couriered down to the local TLS centre still. Now on 15 working days there is still no sign at all of the visa coming out as it is STILL with the High commissioner with nothing happening and we are now being told all of a sudden that the wait period is FROM 15 working days UP TO 21 working days, which was not the dates we got from visasunlimited paperwork. No way with a possible 4 weeks wait period that she could get her visa in time with an appointment date of 25 March, to fly on 20 Aprul but not once was this mentioned or given as a possibility. If Visasunlimited had only organised an earlier appointment date instead of only when I made enquiries on the 17th of March when I got some other person's invoice I may have not had to write this post. From 11 March to 17 March no action was taken, in fact action was taken only on 18 March, which by then was too late. We are not everyday Visa people, the last time my daughter flew to the UK was in 2017, we don't know the time lines and we expect since we pay good monies that someone would caution or explain to us our tight deadlines and pay this application priority attention. When I tried to find out from Elaine what the current timelines are for UK visas, are they on track, what is the average at present, how long are we looking at etc I did not get a proper response. Surely if you deal with these applications all day every day you will know if 15 working days is the current norm or if there are delays at the present for example more like 21 working days? My daughter already bought an expensive dress to attend the wedding in the UK and her boyfriend booked and paid for them some time away, he organised days off work, and now her boyfriend must attend the wedding on his lonesome and my daughter wasted her monies on a PCR test, hair do and dress all for nothing. I am so, so disappointed as is my daughter and her boyfriend who is devastated. I honestly cannot recommend this company who never once considered giving this application priority based on the travel time indicated. We are now running around trying to cancel flights etc it is heart-breaking.
