Niccis Accessories
Nici's accessories in Rooihuiskraal is a great, fun and caring shop. They have the most stunning gifts, earrings, scarfs, baby clothes etc just to much nice stuff to mentioned. The staff is very very friendly and the coffee shop is very nice while have a nice slice of cake and tea you browse through all the beautiful things around you and make your choices more difficult what to buy. Me and my daugther-in-law spend like a half of a Saturday morning at Nicci's what an experience. You go girls. We will be back.

They handle my mother-in-law's estate and the selling of her property. Very bad client services, rude and they never keep you updated, you need to phone and mail them if you want to know about the processes. One of the staff members who was working with the estate file didn't even know how to contact Impact meters for the new owners of the house and tell me she don't live their so she don't know how Impact metering is working after we giver her all the contacting details. They are big on promises and excuses. While we wait 4 weeks for them to pay-out to the beneficiaries, I phone them and the person who is doing pay-outs told me she couldn't pay because it was load shedding and she sitting with 11 files on her desk that needs to be paid out, very unprofessional. Just to realise she didn't know that she was suppose to ask the beneficiaries for bank letters for confirmation. Afterwards another lady contact me and ask for banking letters and we need to approve the estate statement, which we never received and they only ask for the bank documents after the time, they only do pay-outs on Tuesday's between 9-11, if there is no load shedding.
