I’ve had a similar experience to most clients who have left a report on this platform. Bought a Mitsubishi in august from Chris, the car lost power as it drove, lots of noises and vibrations from the engine whilst driving etc. He then replaced the car with a Nissan Murano. Less than months later, the car doesn’t travel above speeds of 80 kmp/h , and electrical issues, loss of power, loud noises from the engine. Took it to Nissan in Durban, and was told the timing chain was broken and needed to be replaced, and gearbox is also broken and needs to be replaced. To date we have spent R40 000 on the car and it is still not fixed. Endless promises from Chris who requested I send an email to “management” despite him being the manager/ owner. He now does not respond to messages or calls. Definitely going to be reporting this dealership to the ombudsman.
Disgusting company! Do not ever deal with liars like their consultants. Their warranty’s are rubbish. Their quality is poor and they will do anything to not fix their defective poor quality products
Worst experience. The agents are absolutely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The principal of the agency blindly defends her agents without listening to clients concerns. Absolute nightmare!! Do not use them
