John Lee Properties is a scam!!!
Please do not make the mistake of renting with this agent especially at LA MON VILLA Complex in Montana. They will charge you ridiculous fees, they will take two months to refund you your deposit and they will try by all means to make sure they give you back a small amount of your deposit. They charge things like out of inspection fee! Is that even legal? I regret it so much. Never ever again!!!!

PRO ADMIN is a SCAM!!!
Pro Admin is such a SCAM!!! I honestly regret living in a Complex that uses them as a service. They inflate their billing so much and they can't even explain how they got to the amount.One minute their billing is R300 the next its R1600 and it does not make any sense. They'll cut off your lights claiming that you owe when you know very well that you have been paying.Please please don't live in a complex or apartment that uses them as a service to provide water.Reporting them must be done because there is no way!
