Unfortunately purchased something at the store. The company is sending me ******* on email and I have unsuccessfully tried to unsubscribe from their email *******. I will never buy from them again. Useless Useless Useless company as a part of the Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd. Stay away!

Good Service
Purchased a Logitech Wireless MX Master 3S mouse. Could not get stock anywhere else in South Africa. Paid for the product. Product got delivered. All good! May purchase more goods from them.

AVIS credibility not good
Rented a vehicle from AVIS Cape Town airport on 16 to 17 April 2023. Returned the vehicle in good condition however got charged for windscreen damage. As I did not notice any damage to the windscreen I challenged the charge. I was told that the inspection before me showed no damage. I requested proof of the damage however AVIS cannot provide proof of the damage as they only take photos when the damage is more than R10 000. I therefore cannot get proof of the damage however I have to pay the damage based on the branch. It is therefore their word against mine. This is not acceptable. I now absolutely do not trust the branch and recommend anyone renting there to take photos of the vehicle before and after and take a snapshot of the inspection sheet where the person accepts the vehicle back from you. I am very disappointed as I am using car rentals regularly and all these checks is supposed to be done by the branch. Why do I have to protect myself against AVIS? It is my prayer that AVIS improves their service as I see similar complaints here on hellopeter, however it will not be for my benefit.
