They are a joke. Their technical team responds to outages with nonsense, Mind the Speed (MTS) acknowledge the are incorrect, and does nothing about it. Empty promises from MTS sales, poor service. When you point this out, they now use the words "best effort". They advertise on their website about how "Service" is important. DO NOT BELIEVE this nonsense. Go somewhere else, trust me you will not have the headaches with their long winded excuses. If anybody wants to see the techncial responses, MTS follow up, let me know as I will be posting this on social media sites to expose their "Service". Trust me stay away from Mind the Speed, rather pay a little extra and get quality of service. Or pay less and get the same experience as MTS serivce. Amazing how Vuma can fix a problem (Part of the box needed to be replaced) with a faulty part and MTS technical teams states I have channel issues with my WIFI. Same thing, Vuma down, their technical team did not even know this and stated again, my WIFI channels are faulty. ***, do they actually think we all idiots. STAY AWAY!
Extremely bad service. The shows are outdated, the customer care is shocking. I would strongly recommend you avoid Amazon Prime. The monthly costs look good compared to Netflix, but you will be very disappointed with the quality, the variety of shows. They even have the ***** to let you see two session and then tell you its not available in your country. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Rather use Netflix or even the useless Showmax, even Showmax is better than Prime
