Repairing my tv? Or ****** my tv? This company cannot possibly be legit
These guys walked out of my apartment with my TV, telling me they needed just one part and no more than 2 days to repair it. Then they stopped communications. They couldn’t even send an invoice with legit baking details. No docket proving what work they’re doing or when to expect the tv back. At this point I have tried being reasonable and it hasn’t worked. They disappeared with my TV and, as I warned them, I have the serial number of the tv, CCTV stills of the guys walking out my building with the tv, their car model and identifiers, their number plates, and the names of their colleagues who run the website. If my tv isn’t back tomorrow and working, I’ll be lodging a case with SAPS as they have had my tv without my permission - I’ve asked for it to be returned, they choose to ignore. Absolutely **********- don’t ever let these guys pull the wool over your eyes.

Outstanding service and quality
I am absolutely blown away by Shiny Rock Polished, and couldn't recommend them more highly. I sent through an enquiry with our budget and Jamie contaced me almost immediately. I had a very specific style ring that I wanted and I sent Jamie photos of the design that I wanted to have replicated. She was incredibly helpful, provided great suggestions and within a few hours she confirmed that they would be able to create an exact replica. I had a very limited timeframe (2 weeks) in which I needed the ring to arrive by - and it did, despite their estimated custom manufacturing period of 3-4 weeks. The ring that arrived completely exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful! Thank you so much to Jamie for her help in the process and to Shiny Rock Polished for delivering a ring of such high quality.
