I took an upgrade at vodacom Brookside mall. It was a double deal it was for the Samsung s22. I took these phones for my mum and wife. When I took the phones home they said that the screen on the phones were too small as my mum suffers with glaucoma and my wife wears glasses. The very next day I took the phones back to the store to ask them to exchange the phones for something with a bigger screen and I was will to pay the difference for the new phones. The people working in the store are so pathetic they refused point blank I said I took the phone that's my problem. I didn't even use the phone at all.not even a Sim card was inserted into the phone that's what u told them. I got an appointment with the regional manage and took my mum as well. She explained her situation with her eyes to the regional manager and he also without even considering this refused us. I told him I'm not asking for another phone for free I willing to pay a difference just to take out a contract with a bigger screen. Brookside are the most pathetic people I have ever dealt with in my life. Don't ever do business with them because they are absolutely not helpful and are very selfish. I still have the 2 phones in the box not touched I'm just waiting for the contract to end so I can cancel this contract with them and go somewhere else that I can get a bigger screen for my mum. So now I have to wait out the 2 year contact and paying the subscription for nothing because no one is using these phones.

My car was the for a week just to change the brake pads and disc. When I collected my car in the 10th of May and as I was driving home a light came on. I contacted BMW and they told me to bring in the Car in that Sat. It took the guys there almost a week to diagnoise the problem. No one form BMW had the decency to phone me and tell me what was wrong with the car. When i did get ahold of someone they told me the I need to change the VVT motor. They quoted me 31 thousand to change the VVT Motor and the heat exchange. My car was at BMW for 2 weeks with no one telling me a thing. I collected my car from them last Monday and told them to send me an email how much will it cost for me to juts chnage the VVT Motor and till today not one person has phoned me or emailed me reagrdung this quote. When i collected my car my driver's side door had a scratch as I was doing an inspection with 1 of the guys. He told me thar they don't have lights and he will phone me to advise me they way for. Today I 1 and a half weeks later and still not one person has contacted me regarding this scratch. I am totally discussed with the service. I told phoned them yesterday and they advised me that they will get back to me by end of business yesterday and till now nothing. This is utterly unacceptable especially for such a big company like yours. I have noticed with BMW Pietermaritzburg that is you don't drive the latest fancy BMW they don't care about you. They are not helpful at also. Please can you look into the scratch on my Car advise me accordingly. I told the guy yesterday that I am going to take the car to my own panel beater and send through the invoice to BMW because I seriously done trust BMW with my car to send it to their own Panel shop. es and disc's needed to be changed. I booked through booking.com for accommodation in East London. I booked 14 on Marine. What a mistake that was. The pictures on the website was false it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was a filthy and dirty place to stay at. The sliding door didn't want to open and when I reported this to reception they told me there is nothing they can do. The windows were dirty. The shower drain was blocked. The bed sheets were dirty. Was really a terrifying and horrible experience. We booked in late and there was too late to look for another accommodation. How can booking.com even have this accommodation on their website. The room was stinking like someone ****ed all over the floors.
