Finanicial assistance
Covid was financially bad for me as I used all my surplus funds in that time and could not generate an income. I work for myself and I am financially viable again. I want to make a loan for 6 months. I am currently under sequestration and want to clear my name. I need R130 000 to clear my name. Is there anyone that can assist me.

Ons het aansoek gedoen vir 'n oortrokke fasiliteit meer as 'n week terug op ons besigheids rekening om te voorkom dat aftrekorder nie deurgaan nie en om besigheidsrekening te vereffen. Soos dit maar is elke jaar, gaan kliënte ook maar vakansie en betaal wanneer hulle wil. Ons was ook bereid om die betrokke fasiliteite elke maand kleiner te maak totdat dit afbetaal is. By ons huidige tak is daar nie meer persoonlike besigheids bankiers nie. Moet ek help om die werkloosheid syfer te verhoog of moet ek die besigheid se deure oop hou. Enige raad is welkom?

Poor service
This is the 2nd request. FNB, is it so difficult to approve us so that we can do better financially, or are you picky about who to help. We know our credit score looks bad and that it looks like we can not afford it. This is why we would like to improve the situation as well as our finances. Help me to get back my deposit that I gave as a deposit to get my home so that I can repay my debt and invest what is left. You just ask for a reference number with previous representations, now I hear nothing. Why is it so difficult to help us, you have all the documents. If I have to complain again I'm going to start mentioning people's names so everyone can know who might not be eligible for service. NOTE, after the end of month my score is going to look even worse due to your bad service and promises to public, wish it had already been finalized. Should I go to media for response.

Very Unsatisfied Customer
FNB advertise to help people that wants to consolidate their debt. I made debt in the covid time to keep my business open. I did not want to payoff my workers. We applied to switch our house bond to FNB and to consolidate our debt under the bond and after weeks of waiting was rejected. Our debt would have been more manageable if they approved the application. The person that assisted us was confident that the application would be approved. Is it not the banks motto to help people to be better off financially? I am very unsatisfied with their service and how the process was handled. I will never recommend them to anyone that wants to make use of their services.
