Bought a double crunch meal for my son he held it up to take his first bite when i noticed the bottom bun was full of mould. It was so disgusting to look at let alone eat n hold it. Staff had no name badgers. Managers not helpful. Had to call for service.

I didnt get paif for a load that was taken on the 25th june with a return. I tried emailing and calling. I spoke to many and still no explanation why im not gettn paid. I hope this review gets me some information
My husband had dropped of my bakkie for service ND797798. He had just used his Hugo boss perfume before leaving the van there. I am aware that we should remove all personal belongings from the van before we leave however we have never had any issues before. When he picked the van up he picked the Kids for church that's when he noticed the perfume wasn't there. It was a new bottle which I paid R1800 for. I did call the service department and spoke to the manager who told me he wil call me back. He got the staff to call me and said there is nothing he can do. I am sure video footages are there why did he not investigate the matter. It is unprofessional and a crime that happen under his watch and he refused to even be sympathetic. I had purchased another perfume for my husband but I don't want a repeat of ***** to clients to continue. I also emailed the manager of isuzu and received no reply on Claire.forster@keygroup.co.za

I bought a hoverboard for my son's birthday on the 20th of March .his birthday was 22nd March he opened it it kept beeping I read the manual twice got no help even went on YouTube.i work in a restaurant so I work the next 2 weekends and didn't get a chance to take it back immediately.when I did take it back I went straight to the sakes person as he was using 1 and convinced us to buy it.i assumed we don't know how to use it as my son is only 9 so I thought technology beat us with this gift when I took it to him he checked it and said the sensor not working.i went back to the returns department and told them,they confirmed with him n booked it in.on they report I did mention I don't want a product that was repaired to be given back to me I want a brand new 1or it should b credited back.they told me nothing they can do until its checked and that someone would call me from that department once they find the fault.they report even wrote that foot prints was on it although they gave permission to take it to the sales person first.it was brand new I was sold a r2500 product that wasn't working and you wana fix it n give me is that fair.is that called customer service.i was given a call abt 2weeks ago tell me its fixed n on its way to the Springfield branch and that someone will contact me soon as it's there.i explained again my issues now I was told that when I go there I call explain to the manager.few days later another call came saying its at the branch waiting for me to pick up.i explained again I asked to speak to the manager she told me she can't help me but she will get someone to cal till today no other calls I received.i don't know who and how to get further assistance.my r2500 down the drain.makro don't care because it's not money we owing them.it should of checked before it left the store instead of my having a problem now.i bought it 20th March I returned it 10th I think of April its now May and nobody cares.i must pay full price for a broken toy then wait 4 it to be repaired is that fair to a customer.
