Best call centre agents!
I have been consistently impressed with the service provided by the customer service agents at IdealPrepaid. ALL Their call center agents are some of the best I have ever encountered. They are professional, always helpful, and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Every interaction with them has been pleasant and efficient, making my experience with IdealPrepaid exceptionally positive.

Such terrible customer service!!
I reported a ***** case to Standard Bank on 3 July and have yet to receive any feedback. Every time I call the ***** line, I'm promised a callback with updates on the investigation, but no one ever calls back.Using the chat service on the app is equally frustrating as I never get assigned an agent. To make matters worse, I've received a statement with a minimum payment due on 25 July for these *****ulent transactions. Can someone please give me feedback and resolve this issue so I can cancel this credit card?

Good Experience but overpriced
I had an amazing experience with Elliot. They have a very strong team both in CT and JHB. We moved from JHB with no hiccups our good were delivered in good condition. Particularly impressed with the guys who were packing our stuff in JHB, superb service, friendly and professional. Pity I didn’t get the name of the guy who was wrapping our kitchen breakables spectacular wrapping skills. Elliott is overpriced in my opinion. And it was quite disappointing that after being quoted an exorbitant amount, I was still expected to pay separately for a shuttle to re deliver my items in CT, that does not make any sense to me as the whole point of paying the quoted amount is to ensure that you deliver my goods in one piece whatever means needed whether by a 10 ton truck or 2 ton truck. I shouldn’t be charged a separate fee by virtue of you needing to use a different vehicle. Other than that great service keep it up!

Terrible service at SBSA
I have been trying to get in touch with the claims department at standard for over a week and the calls are merely never answered I hold for over 40 minutes and nothing, no feedback has been provided on my fraud case I’ve sent endless emails no response
