Extremely poor service and bad attitude, they won't take responsibility for their bad service. My daughters and I have been to this salon once. The person who runs the place changed my nail technician numerous times and kept asking us to move because she overbooked. When I tried to book my nails for the 2nd time, I was told that she does not want to do them because I am never happy based on 1 session. They did not even paint my entire nail, leaving huge spaces on the sides of all my nails. They were unable to correct it at the same time because of bookings. She requested that I make a separate rip to fix them. She is rude, and for a person who provides a service does not even smile. Extremely disappointing!
I would not recommend Lombardy Meander to prospective tenants. Security in the complex is extremely poor — items regularly go missing, which makes it feel unsafe to live here. On top of that, water bills are unreasonably high and never clearly explained, leaving residents frustrated and out of pocket. Noise is another major issue. Many residents show little to no respect for others, and noise complaints are rarely addressed or enforced. Maintenance is virtually non-existent. Issues are ignored or take an unreasonable amount of time to be resolved, if they are attended to at all. Finally, when moving out, deposits are not returned. This appears to be a common issue rather than an isolated incident, which is very concerning. Overall, this complex is poorly managed and does not offer value for money or peace of mind.
