You see when they say Beaty with no brains, they mean this place. Very nice from a point of view but very disturbing inside. Security has to be the number one failure we had to encounter. If you still Love your dearly bought furniture or items then be ready to loose them with no CCTV footage while there are cameras there. How do you even start experience break in while you stay in a complex with security???? Break in statistics there are on a 100. Can we talk about the amount of service we pay??? Very much high. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to stay here. 👎

I would not recommend Lombardy Meander to prospective tenants. Security in the complex is extremely poor — items regularly go missing, which makes it feel unsafe to live here. On top of that, water bills are unreasonably high and never clearly explained, leaving residents frustrated and out of pocket. Noise is another major issue. Many residents show little to no respect for others, and noise complaints are rarely addressed or enforced. Maintenance is virtually non-existent. Issues are ignored or take an unreasonable amount of time to be resolved, if they are attended to at all. Finally, when moving out, deposits are not returned. This appears to be a common issue rather than an isolated incident, which is very concerning. Overall, this complex is poorly managed and does not offer value for money or peace of mind.

This place is horrible! From exorbitant water bill to useless security and unreasonable noise levels! Igrow and Impact meters ******ing tenants - you won’t get your deposit back despite how well you cared for your place and water bill averaging 4k a month. Once you sign that lease, the agent ignores your calls like the plague. The security company does nothing about theft in the complex and surprisingly when you request footage, you’ll never find it. If you value your peace of mind and the money you worked so hard for STAY AWAY from this place. I wish I had read the reviews before moving into this place! Don’t make the mistakes we made. It’s currently 21:24 and music is blasting on high during the work week and security says they can’t do anything about it until 22:00.

DON’T ever ever ever move into that place, it’s a mess, the most *********** place ever. They are big time ****mers from water, maintenance, plumbing, they never respond to their maintenance issues, you will get blamed for them as soon as you move out, the micro manage everything when you move out but while you live there, they could careless. THEY LOVE MONEY!!! They are big time ****mers let me tell you. You will not see your deposit let me tell you. Don’t let the rent price fool you. It’s a bad place, they clubhouse is not even fully built, they sold us dreams about them building a gym, there is no gym whatsoever, the jungle gym for the kids is not maintained, kids get hurt there, please I’m begging you do not support this ****ming place. They are super *********** in maintaining their place but will be very much hands on when it comes to the money. DON’T move into that place. YOU WILL LOSE A LOT MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!!!! People pay 12000 for water! Igrow are ****mers completely.

Rent is cheap, however you will pay for it. this is easily one of the worst estate I have ever lived in. The one star is just for the modern finishes in the kitchen 1. they use impact meters for their water meter readings and will charge ridiculous amounts. the Hot water charge is what will sky rocket your bill. expect to pay about R 2 000pm 2. Residents will use your parking space and everyday you will be fighting to use your own parking space. security wont even assist you 3. forget about getting your full deposit back 4. the noise levels 5. estate is not properly maintained.

Do not rent with this complex. All the tenants hot water use is exorbitant, very high. Our account is R1600 for 1 bed 1 tenant! We were paying average of R800 which is still high but now its double out of nowhere. The boiler system is used and they make us share a bill equally for a block of about 8 flats. We need geysers! We have been complaining for about 3 years and were promised that Impact Meters will go as they blame readings. We now plan to even get TV coverage for this issue.

I stayed at Lombardy Meander for three years. My overall experience was good. Igrow attended to maintenance issues swiftly. Mr Byron Bleksley responded to my emails on timeously. I was impressed with the professional inspection conducted by Mr Jadé Pretorius.
