Debt Review
in 2017 i got a call from the above Co offering to clear my debts making all payments in to 1 installment and deal with my creditors, after still getting calls from companies i owed i cancelled the contract but still remain under debt review when they failed to honor their offer, please can i get help here my Life is stuck.

I think the best way is to open a ******** case against Hendrik Du plessis, they failed to honor the agreement we had paid no one and now i am stuck with Debt review since 2017 , who can i contact here.

Hi Guys Made a withdrawal on the 26th via EFT option only to see in the morning 27th that my withdrawal is yet to be touched, i reversed and re-requested via instant payment on the same day, after couple of Hours i spoke to Agents on Chat who assured me that my Withdrawal is being checked and processed, only by requesting to speak to a Team leader where i was informed that i need to send my Documents like ID , Selfie holding an ID for my withdrawal to be processed, So disappointed

Played Aviator, cashed out and the message said Stage times out, waited for 30 minutes to connect to an agent only to find Thabang who will ignore my query on chat , guys please help

Extreme bad customer service
So on the 26th of April i contacted Betway spoke to Sphiwe needing assistance with a pending winning bet, due to dissatisfaction i requested to speak to a Team leader named Mark. I was told Mark will give me a call at the moment he is still busy, he never called. The matter resolved itself when after hours my bet was paid. Same thing on the 27 i spoke to Thabang on Live chat who later i had to call due to dissatisfaction on chat after a full explanation , Thabang hanged up the call when i refused to repeat what i said on chat to him and requesting to speak to a TL who never called last time as per the last promise. I am not sure why Betway is treating me like this and i demand/ request a Call either from a Supervisor or a manager
