I booked my car for repair yesterday. The service agent was completely unresponsive, not even informing me when they would call me to collect the car or providing any information. I had to call them to find out the status. Later that afternoon, they finally called to collect the car. As I was driving home, I noticed my phone couldn’t connect to Bluetooth anymore. I went to the garage this morning to ask what had happened, as I had only booked the car for a door repair and not the sound system. The car’s repair supervisor was incredibly rude and told me to leave the car and come back later. I refused, so they disconnected my car and added their own phone. Now, I can’t connect to Bluetooth at all. Their service is appalling. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. When I booked my first service with them, the experience was even worse. It took them 3 appointments before they fixed it. They must just fix my sound and that’s it, I will go to another VW dealership for service
I’ve been waiting a week for a refund, and I’ve already paid the school fees. Now that I’m moving my child out of school, I’m hoping to get my money back. I’ve been dealing with a lot of issues, and it’s frustrating that the AdvTevh agent, Thabile Mo***eng, hasn’t been very responsive. They asked for a POP, which I gave them, but I haven’t heard back at all. I paid the fees without any questions, and they handled everything smoothly. I’m hoping to get my money back as soon as possible.
Have been requesting a refund and the agents are not processing
In everything you do never use Stash App for Liberty l, I made a withdrawal on the 21 March until this day no payment. It’s back to back emails, one of their consultant insisted that I am paid and send me the last 4 digits of the card number, to my Suprise that card number is not even mine! Just wondering if I will ever get to see a cent from them
