This is the 3rd car I have purchased through VW Tableview, and with Diane Steenkamp at the helm!! And the short of it is, she is Amazing, honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. I think 3 cars later through the same sales person speaks for itself. Her services, expertise and personality are exceptional.

Diane Steenkamp is a wonderful person to work with, going the extra mile to keep everyone happy. I have bought 2 cars from her already and when I can afford the Golf 8 R I will be asking her specifically for help :)

I recently visited Volkswagen Table View, and I want to give special recognition to Stefan le roux for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome, respected, and truly valued. His professionalism and friendly approach made me feel like royalty. Stefan went above and beyond — assisting me in the showroom, over the phone, on WhatsApp, before hours and after hours. No matter the time, he was always willing to help and answer every question. That level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. I also visited Hyundai during my search, and the difference in experience was clear. If I had to rate them, Hyundai would get 1 out of 10, while Volkswagen Table View — especially thanks to Stefan — gets 10 out of 10 and more. Because of the way Stefan treated me, I can honestly say I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you, Stefan, for an outstanding experience. I booked my car for repair yesterday. The service agent was completely unresponsive, not even informing me when they would call me to collect the car or providing any information. I had to call them to find out the status. Later that afternoon, they finally called to collect the car. As I was driving home, I noticed my phone couldn’t connect to Bluetooth anymore. I went to the garage this morning to ask what had happened, as I had only booked the car for a door repair and not the sound system. The car’s repair supervisor was incredibly rude and told me to leave the car and come back later. I refused, so they disconnected my car and added their own phone. Now, I can’t connect to Bluetooth at all. Their service is appalling. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. When I booked my first service with them, the experience was even worse. It took them 3 appointments before they fixed it. They must just fix my sound and that’s it, I will go to another VW dealership for service

Worse ever. At first i took in car for service and i informed my service advise that i will collect the car the following day but in the meantime if she can get my insurer to approve the replacement of the right foglamp. 4hrs before i get there. I then give her my insurers contacts. After 4hrs only to find out when am there that she never called for approval and i had to wait 3hrs from 2pm till 5pm (not sure what lunch takes that long anyway). She get there and she tells me that she is waiting for authorization. I told her "No don't lie, i just spoke to Equstra about an hour ago and there was no approval request from VW Table Bay and that they need to submit. She just looked at me and didn't say anything or try to prove that she did request approval from Equstra, no apology no nothing from her. She just seat there and phoned them after she phone, she then now says to me "this is the faster approval, i have ever gotten from Equstra" and am thinking to myself WOW. Anyway the service was approved and the replacement of the foglamp as well. She told me that she ordered the part and it will take 5 days to arrive and she will give me a call when it arrives. That was in late October 2025. two weeks into November, no feedback, so i phone her and she says "I will check and get back to you" . 5 days after not receiving any feedback from her, i then call her again and she tells me the same thing "Let me check Mr. Ntleki and i will call you back". Another 5 days went pass. I still phone her and she says the same thing "Mr. Ntleki i will call you back". I phoned today as well with no luck can't even get hold of the manager and by the way i complained the day i came to collect the car and instead i given a cap to shut me up, which i refused a couple of times but ended up taking it cause the individual(Can't recall he's name but he did give me he's name) who gave me the cap, promised to address the issue, as the manager was busy with another client cause i actually wanted to speak to the manager self. I have been servicing with VW at large for over 3yrs(VW East London) and i never had such bad service. I only have two service under VW Table View and that is when i relocated to Cape Town last year. You can check East London and Durban. Never had such. Worse service ever. I just want to install the foglamp which i know has been approved already and that will be that last of me there. And if need be, please contact me and i will give you all the VW service provides i have been with dating back from 2009 when i was still driving a MK1
