I booked my car for repair yesterday. The service agent was completely unresponsive, not even informing me when they would call me to collect the car or providing any information. I had to call them to find out the status. Later that afternoon, they finally called to collect the car. As I was driving home, I noticed my phone couldn’t connect to Bluetooth anymore. I went to the garage this morning to ask what had happened, as I had only booked the car for a door repair and not the sound system. The car’s repair supervisor was incredibly rude and told me to leave the car and come back later. I refused, so they disconnected my car and added their own phone. Now, I can’t connect to Bluetooth at all. Their service is appalling. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. When I booked my first service with them, the experience was even worse. It took them 3 appointments before they fixed it. They must just fix my sound and that’s it, I will go to another VW dealership for service
