RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!
Eight months ago An amount of R3000 disappeared from my account.I reported it and my money was going to be refunded as I was advised that it was a *****ulent transaction.I have not received the money.I do follow up and my phone EITHER gets cut or the system is offline.GOOD CUSTOMERS I HUMBLY ASK YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!! THERE ARE BANKS WITH GOOD REPUTATION LIKE STANDARD BANK,FNB, CAPITEC,ABSA,NEDBANK.

Merchant services
Merchant number 101119121 I run a shop with 2 white Capitec speed point machine.Everyday I am short paid and Merchant services department cannot explain the reason for this.On the 24th of January 2024, approved sales were r3263 less their commission 1.75 percent r57.10,they reimbursed r2925.94 instead of r3205.89 short paid r279.99.nobody knows why, instead they showed me with long settlement statement.they are hiding something!!!

No back up after training,you all by yourselves !!!
I attended a CCTV installation workshop,a one and half day course, total cost including accommodation was R10000,1st time installation kit another R10000,back up as promised -NONE!!!, guys beware,after training you all by yourselves!!!!

On 17.3.2023 I attended a CCTV installation course in Gauteng,on 18 April 2023 I bought 2 IP cameras at Stafix Pinetown worth R10000, first installation no backup as promised for the last 2 months,

A2PAY Pentium Printer
On 10.05.2022 I bought a Pantum printer M7100 Series.After numerous calls, it was delivered,at the end of November 2022, the technician installed it however he didn't know how to operate the machine.Until today, 10 months later, the machine is not working.A2PAy switchboard operator has no idea how to help me

Bad service, negative impact on my business
My speed point machine is out of order and was reported on the 4th of November 2022 reference number 100753440, till today not repaired, however a monthly rental fee of R546 is deducted from my account,yet I make zero profit from this account,lucky to have FNB speed point, their turnaround time is super!!!
