Bad service
What a disappointment pathetic service I got from this hospital first they refuse to take medical aid and the staff in reception are so unprofessional. I can never set my foot in this hospital it next to my residency but the experience I got was really bad. Management must be ashamed of people working in their reception very bad

Good service received
Just after I wrote a complaint with regard to the delay I was receiving they gave me the best experience, I was helped professionally and the doctor and nurses where friendly . I can recommend this hospital they just have to improve on time delays and explain what's happening so a person knows what's going on

BAD SERVICE
I came in for a day check up finish with the reception paperwork and was taken to a ward to see a doctor. I am writing this inside the ward where I've been sitting for the past 45min and I am still not attended to. Why am I taken to a ward if I will be attended sfter an hour this is really disgusting. Since the lady came and leave me here I am just sitting no one ever bothered to at least tell me what's going on and 2hy should I wait for this long
