DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE! They operate in the East Rand Area and I believe of late in Pretoria too. They will buy appliances off you pay some of the money and then you will never see them again. They are shameful and ruthless.
My provident fund withdrawl claim was submitted to Mibco on the 21 April 2022 as I have resigned. All supporting documents was made available. I am currently unemployed and need MY money for my dependends and myself to survive on. According to all available recources this should have been finalised within 14 to 21 days. To the best of my knowledge this claim has not even been registered with MIFA. My tax affairs are all in order. Who do I contact to get this resolved???? I am beyond desperate.
I have recently subscribed to a fibre line from Webafrica and cannot get the connection right to receive broadband. I tried to call their technical support yesterday and was on the phone for over an hour. I then tried their "Lighting fast whatsapp channel" and could not get hold of anyone to assist from 17h00 until 21h00. Their telephone recording suggests this channel and suggests that you will get help in 5 min! I could not get help in 3 hours!!! This morning I tried the same and after holding for over an hour again no answer. I did get responses from an agent on their whatsapp channel but she could not assist. What a mess!!! I am very embarrassed that I subscribed to this company. What's going to be the level of support going forward??
