Autonische is the best car dealership that my husband and I have ever had any dealings with. We reside in Port Elizabeth and we were a bit skeptical at first purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in another province that we have not seen in person or test drived, but Jeethen was extremely thorough with everything and we were so impressed that we even went back to him just over two years later to purchase a new car. We will always make use of Autonische for years to come and most definitely recommend this perfectly awesome dealership and sales representative. I am extremely disappointed in hisense. Your washing machines are terrible. Your after sale service is absolutely shocking and not worthy of being called a service at all. I sent an email in March 2021, yes more than a year ago for the first time. I advised that my washing machine that was purchased in October 2019 does not wash or spin properly. Finally in March 2022 I received a response. The 29th March 2022 a technician was here and fixed the machine. I have been begging, yes begging for assistance for a technician to be sent out yet again as my machine sounds like a bowing when I start it and it does not spin at all. Hisense ignores all my emails and my direct Facebook messages. This means another weekend of me having to hand wash my washing because of the incompetent service that Hisense South Africa offers. Will all my emails and messages continue to be ignored? I have sent proof of everything numerous times via Facebook messenger and via email. Hisense repair number for March 2022 was 212271617 my email address is clairemoodley21@gmail.com - I may not receive personal calls while at work. This is unacceptable and I am beyond fed up. #Shockingservice #hisensesucks
