Mtn online/campus Square store worst customer service ever. I need help or advice please .I had a Mont to month contract with mtn,I canceled and returned the router to store 4 months ago,they keep billing me.They are not helpful,onlone they send me to store ,in store they say they can't help me,there is no way to cancel this thing,I reversed my debit order and they put a ban on my name ,they register me on credit bureau. I went to store on Saturday 2 Nov,the regional manager assured me it was cancelled, I had to pay R500,today I'm being billed again.there is literally no way to cancel this thing,I have to pay for services that I'm not using and if you don't pay they stain you're credit and black list you.please advice what steps do I have to take.where can I report mtn ?what can I do?.I cannot pay R500 a month for services I'm not using,not in this economy, never.please advice anyone.
Mtn has the worst services ever. I canceled my month-to-month contract, lady in store told me I can cancel 7 days before debit date, I did just that,3 months later they keep billing me.i go to store ,they say they can't assist me as I did it online,I phoned cancelation department and they told me it was canceled.i was billed after they told me it was cancelled. I reversed the debit orders because I can't pay for something I'm not using.i returned the device the same day I canceled ,3months ago,yet they keep billing me.im under credit review because mtn wants me to pay for services I am no longer using.
Another review for WEBER SAINT GOBAIN and Al's hardware.. After buying tiles ,cement ,bonding liquid from Al's hardware. I had to remove the tiles because the cement was faulty..Al's hardware manager said they would not refund me..they logged a complaint to the cement manufacturer(SAINT GOBAIN)..they sent out a consultant to take samples of the cement to take for testing.. 2weeks later still waiting for the results of the tests..Thanbang Mokoena the consultant .not happy with he's service..I have to phone him ..he does not phone me to keep me updated..2 days ago he told me we will have he results on Friday witch is today..we have been waiting the whole day for he's phone call and now he's quite again..we've been treat very bad by Thabang mokoena and the staff of saint gobain..BAD BAD BAD bad customer service..we've been treated like beggers for the past 2weeks..and not paying customers who lost their money because we were sold fault/fake cement.
Yet another complaint for Al's hardware and SAINT GOBAIN Bought tiles,cement,bonding liquid @Al's hardware.started tilling and 3 days after tilling I had to remove the tiles because there was something wrong with the cement..tillers told me the cement was fake..I had to buy the material again this time @ tile africa and the very same day the tiles were set(cement was dry(.I went back to Al's hardware from a refund..they told me they won't refund me.. They logged a complaint to the cement manufacturer (saint gobain)..they sent out a consultant and he took samples of the cement for testing..2 weeks later stil don't have the test results..the consultant wasn't very helpful..I had to phone him..he did not phne me to keep me updated..poor services..2days ago he said they wil have the results on Friday witch is today and stil no results and the consultant is quite again no response from him..bad bad service from Thabang mokoena (consultant )and saint gobain. I have been treated like a begger and not a paying customers whose lost so much money because saint gobain sold faultu/fake cement
So I bought tiles @ Al's hardware in industrial rd.Tiles,cement,bonding liquid and grout.The tillers started tilling and 2 days later the tiles are stil wet(cement did not set).on the 3rd day the cement was stil wet,the tiles were loose .so I removed the tiles.tillers told me the cement was fake.i bought new cement,bonding liquid and grout at tile africa and the tiles were set the very same day.i had to pay the tillers again..I went back to Al's hardware I showed them the videos of the tiles being removed and the manager said they can't refund me. They contacted the cement manufacturer (WEBBER saint gobain).they sent out a consultant witch then took a sample of the cement to be tested .he also questioned the tillers and he said he wil let us know about the results..2 weeks later they stil don't have the results..I phned the consultant and he said he did he's job.hes waiting for feedback.so stil no feedback.nothing.i have to phone the consultant. They don't keep me up to date and al he could say was he did he's job he's waiting for feedback .2 weeks later .. I bought the cement from Al's hardware. They won't refund me.they put me in contact with their cement manufacturer Saint gobain..even though I bought the cement directly from Al's I have to deal with a consultant from Saint gobain who does not call me to keep me updated. I have to call him and now I'm being side lined..2 weeks later stil waiting for test result from Saint gobain. And please don't bother buying tiles from Al's hardware..not good quality. The porcelain tiles stain so much ..never had I ever seen porcelain tiles quality this bad..so many regrets and so much money lost
