NEVER USE THEM
Al's hardware Ruimsig is the worst hardware i have experienced in 20yrs of business i went in store to order 2 cube building sand and confirmed 3 times it be delivered same day at 17:00. I phoned to be promised it be the next morning 08:30 i then phoned at 7:30 to confirm it be there 08:30 and by 08:45 called again and was told be 30Min at 11: still nothing arrived. try calling to get no answer tried using different number and got immediate answer to then be told the delivered to wrong address and they will go collect redeliver to correct address which was given. At loss to time and wages for no form of care from store or even management. never mind the loss of materials do to there reloading of sand from wrong address with no remuneration. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING ANY OTHER HARDWARE.

Unprofessional business practice
I bought a sliding door online at Al's hardware then I went to the store to check all to find out the shape of my door frame doesn't match with the sliding door . I've been trying to get a refund but they keep on promising without success I've been communicating with the guy by the name Zubeh. If you know what's good for you refrain from buying online at that hardware store

Als hardware daylight robbers
I bought a product from this hardware in industria main reef…and I wasn’t happy about the quality of that product and I wanted a refund, but they charge 15% handling fee for refunds of which is just ridiculous for them to charge customers handling fee for wanting refunds. The service is very poor and the store manager named Saleem is very rude, they don’t value and respect their customers.I would never advise anyone to buy from that hardware as they rob people their money . They claim it’s written all over the store about the 15% handling fee but it’s not even there, you will only find out about it after you have purchased your items about that handling fee which is ridiculous

The service is very poor and the store manager named Saleem is very rude, they don’t value and respect their customers.I would never advise anyone to buy from that hardware as they rob people their money . They claim it’s written all over the store about the 15% handling fee but it’s not even there, you will only find out about it after you have purchased your items about that handling fee which is ridiculous

Bad services from Saint gobain and Al's hardware
Yet another complaint for Al's hardware and SAINT GOBAIN Bought tiles,cement,bonding liquid @Al's hardware.started tilling and 3 days after tilling I had to remove the tiles because there was something wrong with the cement..tillers told me the cement was fake..I had to buy the material again this time @ tile africa and the very same day the tiles were set(cement was dry(.I went back to Al's hardware from a refund..they told me they won't refund me.. They logged a complaint to the cement manufacturer (saint gobain)..they sent out a consultant and he took samples of the cement for testing..2 weeks later stil don't have the test results..the consultant wasn't very helpful..I had to phone him..he did not phne me to keep me updated..poor services..2days ago he said they wil have the results on Friday witch is today and stil no results and the consultant is quite again no response from him..bad bad service from Thabang mokoena (consultant )and saint gobain. I have been treated like a begger and not a paying customers whose lost so much money because saint gobain sold faultu/fake cement

So I bought tiles @ Al's hardware in industrial rd.Tiles,cement,bonding liquid and grout.The tillers started tilling and 2 days later the tiles are stil wet(cement did not set).on the 3rd day the cement was stil wet,the tiles were loose .so I removed the tiles.tillers told me the cement was fake.i bought new cement,bonding liquid and grout at tile africa and the tiles were set the very same day.i had to pay the tillers again..I went back to Al's hardware I showed them the videos of the tiles being removed and the manager said they can't refund me. They contacted the cement manufacturer (WEBBER saint gobain).they sent out a consultant witch then took a sample of the cement to be tested .he also questioned the tillers and he said he wil let us know about the results..2 weeks later they stil don't have the results..I phned the consultant and he said he did he's job.hes waiting for feedback.so stil no feedback.nothing.i have to phone the consultant. They don't keep me up to date and al he could say was he did he's job he's waiting for feedback .2 weeks later .. I bought the cement from Al's hardware. They won't refund me.they put me in contact with their cement manufacturer Saint gobain..even though I bought the cement directly from Al's I have to deal with a consultant from Saint gobain who does not call me to keep me updated. I have to call him and now I'm being side lined..2 weeks later stil waiting for test result from Saint gobain. And please don't bother buying tiles from Al's hardware..not good quality. The porcelain tiles stain so much ..never had I ever seen porcelain tiles quality this bad..so many regrets and so much money lost

Al's short delivered, and asked me if I question their integrity
I ordered 3000 bricks from Al's Hardware in Industria/Main Reef, from the owner/manager Saleem. The delivery was done on 26/10/2021. With the Delivery, there was 1M Building Sand, and 5 pallet's of bricks delivered, my assumption was that there were 600 bricks in a Pallet at the time. After my building was done, I noticed there were 2 and a 1/2 pallets remaining, to which I went to Al's, and asked them if they would do a refund, as I estimated 1500, due to the 600 per pallet. I paid for the truck to fetch, and then was still told of a 15% handing fee… which I accepted. The Truck fetched the bricks on Friday 05 November 2021. The problem arise when the counted the bricks, Zain from Al's Hardware advised that there were 500 bricks in a pallet. With this, I asked Saleem to please review everything, he took out a statement that was signed for 3000 bricks, so I old him there is no way, I am going to sit and count 3000 bricks, let alone what is in a pallet. With saying this, I realised they delivered 2500 bricks, I signed for 3000, and one pallet bricks are undelivered. I asked if he could review his CCV camera for footage of delivery time, as that will prove that the amount delivered is correct. This morning on Monday 08 November 2021, I called Saleem, to find out if he reviewed the footage, he brushed me aside, and asked if I am questioning his integrity. My reply to him was that "You actually questioning my integrity…", then he gave the phone to Zain, who said there is nothing I can do to help you. I did advise that I am taking this up with the consumer protection board, as the owner is clearly robbing me of my hard earned cash, stealing food from my table. Please advise what recourse do I have for these people. P.S. Saleem I hope you went for Haj, as I cannot afford to go… for Haj, I will pull parts of your rewards in the Aaghira, if you do not resolve this in the Dhunia.

Late delivery/Bad service
I bought heavy duty roof sheets on the 12th January 2021 and I was promised that I will receive the delivery within 4 days of purchase but till today haven't received the delivery and called them today for a refund because I have already bought from other hardware store and they have delivered already but they are giving problems in refunding me. Bad service
