Must say I am very disgusted with sales to cancellation process of MTN month to Month Shesh Products. I took out a contract late October with the intention of having this until end of November as I was waiting for the Black Friday Specials. I was advised that I cancel before the next billing date for December, and will need to return the router by the end of November. I called MTN, as there was a different product that I wanted to take out, however they advised I will need to drop the router off before Cancellation is done. The problem is: 1. I paid for November 2. Billing run is the 15th for December If I take back the router today, I have paid for November and no internet for the rest of the month. If I return the router at the end of November, I would have been billed for December, yet would not have received any Data. Further more, I was very disturbed that in the cancellations Department, Ms Mthembu did not know her products, and was rude, and not friendly. It was easy for her to say it is a billing problem... LOL it is far from a billing problem. I moved from CellC for bad services, and It feels like I am considering other options other than MTN

Last year when you gave me a discount and reset my account effective 01/12/2024, I had an issue where my connections was not working from the evening of 30 November 2024, eventually on 01 December 2024 a lady with the name Lorraine assisted me, and unlike the other agents who advised that I need a new modem, she took her time, helped to trouble shoot, then resolved all my issues, without me needing to get a new modem. With the new upgrade done effective 01 October, my network stopped working on 30 September, I called the same evening, and the lady eventually told me she cannot assist me, and she was knocking off this was at 21:55, , I told her I have another Mesh System, “Cudy” that can be used as a modem, and she advised that she cannot help as she does not know that product, when I tried calling the support department again, at 21:57 I was told that the support department is now closed, and I needed to call at 6am in the morning. Yesterday I had 2 calls, the agent assisted and got me through the connection, Happy, then after our power outage at 2pm, I called again after this, and had to deal with another lady who just wanted to get rid of me, and yes, it was knock off time for her too… and she logged a call with Vuma see attached, I eventually unplugged the router, then everything worked again. Today I called 2x and the lady at 12pm was helpful, then again after 3pm, And the consensus from her is I need a new Modem. There is a common factor to the fact that I only got issues on upgrading my service with your team. I have been a loyal customer of CellC for over 6 years, and my view is that you cannot support my additional modem “Cudy”, nor are you willing to give me a new modem for FREE, so I will get me a new service Provider who will give me a modem for free. I also had to use my Cell Phone DATA to hotspot my work laptop, to do my work, I am very disappointed in your service. Note I will not allow additional deduction from my account for next month. DSV received my phone for dispatch in yhe morning of 03 May 2024, They called on 06 May at 08.30am to deliver the phone on 07 May, I was not happy, as MTN PROMISED a turn around of 72 hours, however, on the 7th the guy gives me a miss call at 2pm, that I did not see, then again at 2.03pm, at 2.05pm when I called him back, he rifle told me he is out of the area, and I need to re-arraing delivery for anther 2 days... I escaped to MTN, and phone got delivered on the 7th at about 5pm
I took out a business contact via telephone on 02 May 2024, it took MTN TO process this until 03 May, DSV the delivery co. Only delivered 07, with me threatening to cancel the contract else the were going to deliver the phone on 09 May. So on the 7th i was told that the sim will be active between 7pm znd 10pm, yhat evening, i have since followed ou with MTN DAILY, and ghd sin is still not active, yesterday I was told this will be escalated Today is the 10th May, I am still with an inactive devise as MTN must still activate the Sim...
I have ordered 3 Items from Takealot on 24 November 2023. the delivery date as per the App was 01 December 2023. Today is 02 December 2023. I called takealot to find out why my items have not been delivered... They advised that there was a delay on one Item, so I asked them if they can split the order, as my kids urgently need the one Item... they explained that they cannot assist me, as they awaiting for everything to be delivered. I was furious with the lack of customer service I got from this call center, who advised me that I have no option but to wait till they have the order Ready and that they cannot split this order. I must say they have the most pathetic customer service desk, who was totally unhelpful... Please learn from Amazon, even AliExpress is better than you.
I purchased a Vibroshape belt, and got send a used item.
I ordered 3000 bricks from Al's Hardware in Industria/Main Reef, from the owner/manager Saleem. The delivery was done on 26/10/2021. With the Delivery, there was 1M Building Sand, and 5 pallet's of bricks delivered, my assumption was that there were 600 bricks in a Pallet at the time. After my building was done, I noticed there were 2 and a 1/2 pallets remaining, to which I went to Al's, and asked them if they would do a refund, as I estimated 1500, due to the 600 per pallet. I paid for the truck to fetch, and then was still told of a 15% handing fee… which I accepted. The Truck fetched the bricks on Friday 05 November 2021. The problem arise when the counted the bricks, Zain from Al's Hardware advised that there were 500 bricks in a pallet. With this, I asked Saleem to please review everything, he took out a statement that was signed for 3000 bricks, so I old him there is no way, I am going to sit and count 3000 bricks, let alone what is in a pallet. With saying this, I realised they delivered 2500 bricks, I signed for 3000, and one pallet bricks are undelivered. I asked if he could review his CCV camera for footage of delivery time, as that will prove that the amount delivered is correct. This morning on Monday 08 November 2021, I called Saleem, to find out if he reviewed the footage, he brushed me aside, and asked if I am questioning his integrity. My reply to him was that "You actually questioning my integrity…", then he gave the phone to Zain, who said there is nothing I can do to help you. I did advise that I am taking this up with the consumer protection board, as the owner is clearly robbing me of my hard earned cash, stealing food from my table. Please advise what recourse do I have for these people. P.S. Saleem I hope you went for Haj, as I cannot afford to go… for Haj, I will pull parts of your rewards in the Aaghira, if you do not resolve this in the Dhunia.
