Had a terrible experience with a staff member of the Cavendish square branch on 22 April. Was disrespected by a staff member called Natasha. Short story of it - after she failed to give me the correct amount of change she started accusing us of paying the wrong amount. We told her to check the cameras which she said she is too busy to do. After that she started talking to us in a language we didn't understand (Xhosa), whilst laughing. Clearly she was trying to steal the change. We decided to leave the restaurant because of the scene she had created. Before reaching out to social media, online reviews etc we contacted management, gave all the details of what happened. I followed up with them 3 more times. No response. Clearly management condemn their staff members treating their customers poorly. Stay away from this brand - Spend your hard earned money elsewhere where you are made to feel like a customer!
Poor service. Requested a settlement letter, and settled the amount before the stipulated date (28 April). MFC proceeded to take another debit order on 1 May, even though the account was settled. I have been enquiring about a refund since then with no success, 9 days later and no closer (9 May). It keeps getting referred to another staff member but nothing gets actioned, and no one calls back as they promise to do so.
