Rain is just outright Dysfunctional.
I paid for the 5g ZTE router. The router was delivered by courier. After all the recommended setting up the router didn't connect in Bloemfontein area. The Technician was supposed to come and assist with the setup, he was scheduled but the Technician didn't show up. Then he calls to say he couldn't get a hold of me, only to find out the man had the wrong contact numbers and address. After several emails to express my situation Rain didn't come to connect the router, I proceeded to cancel the contract. The only plus is that they refunded my money after weeks of being pushed to do so.

Openweb is a reliable ISP
Openweb has really upgraded their customer support. They really deliver a great service for personal use. Great job guys.

Roman's is NOT What it Used to Be.
The triple cheese pizza was horrible, too oily, and the base was basically an edible play dough. The customer service was good as it usually since I recognised one of the staff, but the food was disappointing. I cannot stomach it despite the low prices. Also, the thin pizzas that everyone makes is getting old.

Coca Cola used to be a nice place to work at. A LOT has changed.
I worked at Coca Cola from january 2004 through May of 2009 as a graphic designer and web developer. I would create presentation materials for meetings that included posters, hand outs and online visual aids and was partially responsible for the new Coke No Sugar as opposed to the Coke Zero Sugar change. Being apart of the Event Staff can be pretty demanding, but fellow staff and management makes everything feel a bit better since we were all in it together in the beginning. There's always work to be when working on of their events, but the events are all so fun it never feels so bad. In the end, they started becoming a bit more business oriented and less employee oriented. After a few years of no change in my salary except for account for inflation, I left because I did not see much of a future there where they were going with everything.

A Great Restaurant to Visit on any Weekday!
Good food. I like the overall modern, funky decor. Burgers with a twist, but they are sorta expensive. Unfortunetaly they don't accept reservations, and they are usually busy here in Bloem. Do not even think about going on the weekends if you are introverted. They do have friendly, very helpful staff, and the manager was kind, too.

Perfect Restaurant in Bloemfontein for a Romantic Night Out!
Absolutely divine. The steak was cooked to perfection. I eat my steak rare and it was amazing. The edge was sealed nicely with the inside pink, just the way I like it. The sauces are amazing but with great quality steak like that a sauce is definitely not neccesary.

You cannot depend on Facebook or else they will f*ck you over.
They blocked my ad account for my personal shop after being with them since 2007! Loyalty obviously means nothing to them if an indian employee can just up and block me whenever they want. There was a bug in the request a review button, so I was unable to press that. The staff were incredibly unhelpful. They did not even believe that the button was completely greyed out for me. What a waste of time.

Speeds are Absolutely Amazing with Antennae!!
I am very happy with my selection. If you are in or around Bloem, speeds are about 25Mbps on average. I got a antennae booster per the request of a staff, and my speeds are now up to 45/50Mbps but can get up closer to 100 megs since they began playing with 5g in my area. I definitely recommend if you have a satellite or something to boost because speeds can be great!

Working Hours are Too Limited
I depend on these couriers for my Etsy shop deliveries, and they are usually very reliable, however, on Wednesday the 27th of April, there was a holiday on which they did not work. After that, they did not work or move parcels at all over the weekend only to NOT work again on Monday because there was a holiday. When they opened up again, they were obviously very busy and overwhelmed through to Friday. I know this because my deliveries took twice as long to move from place to place. They would just sit!! You guys need to start working over the weekends. Take your holidays off, but FFS you are hurting your own business by not remaining open. How hard is that? Is it too much to ask to be paid 7 days a week?? Takealot is able to deliver over the weekend. What makes you so special?
