Good customer service
I ordered a pair of Puma sandals at a very low price, it took them a week to deliver them to me. Throughout the week they were very communicative. I’m really impressed with their service. I love the shoes, they are the correct size and colour, perfect for me. Order from them and you won’t regret

Poor service
Booked there with my family for the weekend of 29 April to 1 May 2022. The water was cold throughout the weekend, the cleaning service cleaned and left out door open the whole day. I booked with booking.com that indicated breakfast will be included in my package but when I got there I was told to pay for breakfast. The carpets have an old bad smell
