The order took a bit longer and delivery to Dawn Wing as well. BUT it was worth the wait! Pricing was great and product quality absolutely superb. I need that R1000 voucher 😂 so I can order more canvasses again. Thank you! I'm ready to do my artwork! I will definitely be back and want to do a compliment on Hello Peter. People are quick to complain but forget to say thank you. Well I'm now saying Thank You!! 😊
My router packed up. Im streaming DSTV and im home 24/7 on permanent disability. Im so so pleased that a new router at no cost to me has been approved. You are the best!!
I bought a UPS from them. Desperately trying to keep my job. Never used it as we had never had loadshedding. I recently discovered that its not working at all. They tell me i have to take it to their Midrand Branch. Im in a new role at work. I am on training. No wifi means i have to come to the office at R400 a day. They are pathetic. Useless. I dont matter. They sent a lady to bring me the right cable. Now I have to go to them. When? How? Arrogant with poor customer service. Have never ever experienced this.
My car was damaged and Outsurance sent me to their Panelbeaters. The panelbeater triggered the alarm. Managed to silence it but it cut out the entire security system. Car would not start. They took the car to a useless auto electrician. Outsurance agreed to pick up that bill after lots of calls and threats etc. Car was brought back to me. It now stands dead in my garage. Wont start in the morning. It has a brand new battery in it. It now cost me R400 a day using Bolt to get to my new place of employment. I cannot sustain this. R800 in 2 days. I simply cannot carry on like this. Im living a nightmare. My car has a brand new battery in.. if I call Outsurance they say they will log a complaint. How much more? How much longer? Im giving up. Only God Knows.
I am disgusted in the poor service I received from Levingers in Clearwater Mall. I handed in shoes that were too big. Enoch suggested that he put some elastic bands on it. He left it aside and when i complained he rushed it. I fetched it but when i got home it snapped. I returned it 2 weeks ago and was promised i could fetch it last Wed. My husband went there on Sat to find it untouched! They charged me R222.00 for 4 elastic bands. The shop has no landline number and nobody respond on the cell number! But hey, I paid. So what do they care now??
