KONICA MINOLTA WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
KONICA MINOLTA IS ***** PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THEM FOR ANY PRINTING NEEDS. I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR A CERTAIN PRICE BUT I AM PAYING DOUBLE AND THEY SAID 5% INCREASE EACH YEAR. THEY INCREASE MY PREMIUM WITH 174% OVER THE PERIOD I AM RENTING THE PRINTING WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 15%. THEY OVER CHARGE WITH 159.89%

DISHONEST PRINTER COMPANY
Be careful before signing an agreement with this company. Unfortunately their moral values are in parallel than those of Nashua. If you are a company and looking for a printer or PABX system carefully do your homework. Konica Minolta sales agents' are trained to ensure that you only trust their word and and they complete the forms for you. And when you blink its too late to realise they signed you up for 15% increase p/a. When you query this, they just claim its an accident but they cannot change anything now. BE WARNED.
