Gym Company Princess/Westgate Roodepoort GP is the worst gym ever! Spinning class venue smells of sewage, you can literally see it sipping through the tiles and management have no intentions of fixing it. That Mpho lady is so disrespectful towards members when they complain, she thinks members are doing her a favour by being members of the gym. Health inspector must visit that gym and close it down. Then there is Trevor who thinks backing Mpho up in her mischievousness is cool. Those two were definitely picked from the streets coz it shows they have no management skills. The members are no longer interested and I hope Gym Company does something about Mpho and Trevor before the gym goes belly-up! Send that woman and that boy for short courses in customer service!
I ordered a cycling bib on CycleLab online and chose to have it delivered at their store in Fourways. I received a call from Jonathan that it was ready for collection. I drove from Roodepoort to Fourways and discovered that the order was wrong, it was a cycling short instead of a bib. The Manager then asked Jonathan to order from Ciovita the bib that I wanted. He was reluctant, I could just tell, but I didn't care, I wasn't there to nurse his feelings. I have been a CycleLab customer for far too long and that's not his business! He promised to call me within a week or two. Its been a month, I haven't received that call to collect my bib OR just be told what is happening! What an appalling service by him!
