Amazing food and service
Grimaldi's Umhlanga was just amazing! The service and the food deserves 5 stars. I'm definitely looking forward to exploring more on their menu.

SkyNet bad and dishonest service
SkyNet has a terrible service and dishonest employees. I have a package from Samsung that was supposed to be delivered by SkyNet Durban which I haven't received still. SkyNet claims that on 10 October 2024 they attempted to deliver the package but I was unavailable which is false, I was waiting for my package the entire week and no one from SkyNet had contacted me about the delivery, I had to call Samsung to get this information. On 18 October 2024 SkyNet contacted me and promised delivery by 21 October 2024 or 22 October 2024 but I still haven't received my package. On 22 October 2024 I called SkyNet Durban but no one picked up and I called SkyNet head office and they made me wait for eternity. Today on 23 October 2024 I received a call from SkyNet Johannesburg asking me why I had rejected my package and requested it to be sent back to Johannesburg. My package wasn't delivered to me nor did anyone from SkyNet made contact with me on the delivery nor did they pick up their phones on the delivery date so how and who authorized my package to be sent back to Johannesburg and this is the second time this is happening for the same package. Their tracking system is also useless as it doesn't update you on the current status of your package. This unacceptable!
