Faulty Product, Never used
Description of fault: The device is not connecting on my Wifi Router This is the only reason for purchasing this device but we cannot get both the ONT and Wifi router working on this device When both are plugged in on a 2/ 3pin plug onto the device, the device connects for a second then show "ERR" We did try the phones are working but this device is not required for that purpose as we have battery packs for the phones I did send a request to Triggercraft and Elecstor but have since still not received a response I wasted R1800 By the way all good reviews Now I wonder if these were done by employees So disappointed with service If it was just the product and they rectified the issue I would not be writing this BAD Review After Sales Service id everything

Takealot stole my money
We purchased a Fridge and was so disappointed when besides the factory fault it was dented. It was purchased on the 26th of March 2024. I am still to date trying to get a refund while living out of a cooler box Never buy big appliances from Takealot as you would nit receive the after sales service you require if you have a problem. Everyday I have to explain to a new consultant my story They have the fridge back and my money

Hirsch inferior quality base sets
I've had to change the base set I purchased 3 times and the first time was a day after receiving it. There is definitely a problem with this Glasgow base set and it did not come cheap. On several occassions of trying to get a replacement I've never slept on a more uncomfortable bed
