If it was possible to give zero stars i would. I had sent an email to consumer.sa@kellogg.com informing them of the horrible experience i had when i had purchased a box of their mashup cereals. It was Kelloggs strawberry pops Kelloggs fruit loops and kellogs cornflakes mashup. I served everyone breakfast and everyone at the table refused to eat the cereal after taking the first bite. Its awful absolutely vile. I send an email to Kelloggs customer care, stating how unhappy i was. When i paid for the cereal my money was good, unfortunately the product wasnt i thought Kelloggs was a trusted brand now i know better. The consumer affairs department emailed me asking for batch number expiry dates and a picture of the cereal and the box and said rhe cereal will be collected and tested. I was not t asked when would be a convenient date and time to collect their product, I was simply informed that it would be collected and tested. The product has since expired and its still waiting to be collected by Kelloggs. I have even sent a follow-up email requesting further information. Till date i have received nothing. I will never buy another Kelloggs brand ever again.
Absolutely devastated at the service received from hyundai pinetown durban South Africa, I recently purchased an atos motion, after I had purchased the car is was still being used for demo purposes and before I could pick up my car they had informed me that the bonnet had a stone chip because they were using the car after I had bought it for demo I wasn't happy about this I was promised it would be sorted out on the weekend I was off I drove my car to Hyundai pinetown to get the stone chip sorted out all what was done was a small dot of paint was applied to the bonnet it looked liked worse than before the so called touch up was done unhappy I went back to the dealership and spoke to a salesman by the name of Deon who tried brushing it off as it it was nothing, even more upset I asked then to do a better job or should I speak to head office Deon then replied no please don't send of emails the manger of this dealership is a good person and I was astonished because I am the customer in this situation furthermore I am inconvenienced due to hyundai pinetown using my car after I purchased it as a demo car. Deon then told me they would speak to the bosses and see what they can do and I'm asking myself are the bosses more important than customers these days and moreover why should I be suffering with a mistake that I am not responsible for. The situation seems unreal at this point, but it gets even worse, Deon then promised that hyundai pinetown personnel will pick up my car and do a better job, hyundai pinetown personnel picked up my car on Thursday and I am still unhappy all they did was touch up the touch up and the salesman tells me he filled R40.00 petrol to reimburse me for the inconvenience which equated to a slap in the face as it was the second trip to hyundai pinetown to fix up a stone chip caused by themselves totally disappointed with their services, customer is king but not at hyundai pinetown their loyalty is to the bosses, Rob customers where they can to save for their bosses is the impression I got. I asked for the bonnet to be resprayed and I was told that the value of the car will drop if they do that so I asked so a stonechip won't decrease the value then? The salesman then replied no. I felt absolutely angry frustrated disappointed and what was worse is they think leaving a customer unhappy is a nice thing to do. I do not advise anyone looking to buy a car to go to this dealership. I would like to receive an apology from hyundai pinetown south Africa for pathetic customer service and to get a job well done on the stone chip created by themselves after I had purchased the car.
