The experience was okay, but could be better…
While there is a bit of communication shortfalls, which have been thoroughly expressed in other reviews, following up with a call has been immensely helpful. The promise was kept and carried through. It could be better with more detailed and informative steps of the order process, which would put more customers at ease. The silence experienced is enough to make anyone start to worry. But all that matters is that the follow up was taken in good stride and the promise held up. Thank you for this.

Brilliant experience, recommended!
Though I had to return the item I bought due to incompatibility and my own fault for not checking, lol, this too has been an amazing experience. Darren goes above and beyond to ensure that you are aware of what’s happening with your order every step of the way. Highly recommended! Keep it up Techfox!

Best experience I ever had
Probably the greatest shopping experience ever. Ewald and his team are a dedicated group who stop at nothing to make sure that you are satisfied. Constantly communicating and keeping you up to date with your order. Positive attitudes that are so reassuring that I’ve never experienced any where else. Instantaneous action on any query or problems (if any). Highest recommendation I could possibly give.
