Brilliant experience, recommended!
Though I had to return the item I bought due to incompatibility and my own fault for not checking, lol, this too has been an amazing experience. Darren goes above and beyond to ensure that you are aware of what’s happening with your order every step of the way. Highly recommended! Keep it up Techfox!

SUPERP EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE
What a pleasure to do business with Techfox. Even though the item I purchased was nothing major my experience from start to finish was superb. I had to phone to add something to my order and the assistance I got from Darren was professional and super friendly. Further, I got regular updates via email on the status of my order, and from the day I placed the order until when it was dispatched was fast and efficient. From my personal experience I would highly recommend Techfox and they will definitely be one of my "go to first" online shops when I make another purchase. Keep up the excellent service!

Great Service
Great service, with a increase in poor or no after sales service or support in this world, I would 100% recommend Techfox for great service and support. Technician even offered to update Motherboard Bios for new CPU. Great Stuff

Excellent service - keeping the customer in the loop
I have received excellent service. They are quick to reply with my email enquiries, and gave detailed answers. The Techfox website gives constant updates as your order progresses. I also got a personal email updating me on the progress of the purchased parts. For people that go out of their way to make the customer happy - you can't go wring with Techfox.

Brilliant and trustworthy shop!!
Brilliant experience, was my first time using them and Darren went out of his way to make sure I was kept updated throughout the entire order process, this is how you do customer service.
