Getcapped great quality and value for money
Received my cap this morning, 11day lead time. The quality is great and the workmanship very good. A bit of work can be done on communication, but I am used to the 10 day lead time by now.

Getting ****med by Getcapped
I placed an order for a cap on 30 May, I am yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails and texts on Watsapp, but I have not received any correspondence. The order was supposed to be delivered within 14 days, but it well over a month. I have requested a refund, as I had made the order for Fathers day, but they are unresponsive. I am starting to think they don't even exist.

Quality of the hat (Ranger Hat) is good and embroidery work is very good. Service and feedback via email and WhatsApp is non-existent. Once I called everything was sorted out and delivery done with overnight courier to receive my order on time.

Poor service
The service for this company is poor, still awaiting for my order which was placed on the 23rd of may 2024. This guy doesn't even respond to emails or when being called can give feedback on the delay.

The experience was okay, but could be better…
While there is a bit of communication shortfalls, which have been thoroughly expressed in other reviews, following up with a call has been immensely helpful. The promise was kept and carried through. It could be better with more detailed and informative steps of the order process, which would put more customers at ease. The silence experienced is enough to make anyone start to worry. But all that matters is that the follow up was taken in good stride and the promise held up. Thank you for this.

GetCapped Disgusting Service
Place a order on the 29/04/2023 and usually it takes 5-10 days for the package to arrive, its been almost a month, i have sent numerous emails and nobody bothers to get back to me, received a courier confirmation email on Friday the 19/05/2023 still nothing has come, emailed about that and still no response, disgusting service.

I should have read the reviews. Website states 5 business days turnaround time and 2 days for delivery, its been almost a month, sent emails with no response. The site is most likely a scam. I will update the review if I receive my order but I am not holding my breath. Beware, do not order here!
