The service for this company is poor, still awaiting for my order which was placed on the 23rd of may 2024. This guy doesn't even respond to emails or when being called can give feedback on the delay.
Claimed a car accident on the 16th of January 2024 and still to date my car is not repaired, every time i call them, they tell me that they have sent the Authorization to Automagic, and when i call Automagic, I get told, that they have not received that authorization. There is no communication from these people, it is now been going on for a month, and I must always call them to be told something, that is not true. Bed customer service.
