I’ve had some bad customer service experiences before, but RSAWEB takes the prize for the absolute worst. Dealing with them has been a nightmare from start to finish. Getting any kind of response is like pulling teeth — long delays, no follow-ups, and when you finally do get through to someone, they’re either clueless or completely unhelpful. It’s clear that RSAWEB has no respect for its customers' time or needs. You submit a ticket or query and it just disappears into a black hole. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic professionalism is shocking. For a company that provides internet and hosting services — things people depend on — this kind of negligence is unacceptable.
I initiated a new contract on March 6th. However, when I followed up on March 19th, I was informed that the phone I chose was discontinued. Subsequently, I entered into another contract on March 19th, which was approved. Yet, I am still awaiting the delivery of the phone. Despite calling three times to inquire about the status, all I'm told is that it's at dispatch. When I asked if they could expedite the process, I was informed that there's nothing they can do and that I should contact the courier for updates. How is that for service.I want to cancel the contract but cant must wait for the phone to be delivered.
Avoid them at all costs. Their claims are *********. I purchased a supposed R2000 box advertised to be valued at R4000, but upon receiving it, the contents were only worth R800. They are unresponsive and clearly running a ****.
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. big ups to Katlego Mthabela from king price insurance. He was very helpful energetic and knew what he was talking about. I hope King Price insurance sees this and give that man a promotion
