Initially I was very impressed that Ticketpro committed to a refund for the SA 20 match 3 January @ Centurion but currently I feel that they are not honoring their promises. We received an email short after the game was cancelled to confirm we wil be getting a refund. And then later an apology for the delay en that the process will be completed within 7-14 working days. This has passed long ago we are on 32 working days after this game has been cancelled. There is no way to get in contact with them. They do not respond to email sent to info@ticketpro. They do not have a telephone line you can contact them on. Some people has received their refunds a long time back. I was patient to receive mine but I am losing patience and hope. They owe me R1480.
Vodacom customer service and after service assistance is close to non existing. In January 2021 A vodacom fibre sales person came past my house and told me that my existing LTE contract can be replaced with a Fibre line as they were busy finalizing the fibre network in my area. My reply was that I will only sign up if they will replace my LTE contract with the fibre line. I saved the sales person name, 'Joshua', and his number to make sure he kept to his promise. After the line was installed in May2021 I battled to get the LTE cancelled. Every time you call they put you trough to a different department. No one is willing to assist they just put you through to the next person. In January 2022 A lady assisted my to get the LTE contract moved to pay as you go for me to not loose any further money. In my opinion Vodacom was stealing money from me since the fibre line was installed. After the LTE was moved to pay as you go Vodacom did something on their side and stopped my debit order. When I was contacted about this I requested for the contract to be cancelled because I was fed-up with vodacom. I was a Loyal customer for more than 10years on the same debit order. They did something on their side for money to not be deducted and now I sit with a bad credit score. I never missed a payment. This is unacceptable. Vodacom should answer for this.
