Hello Peter, The worst insurance company ever! My car was damaged by hail last year and as a result Roxsure appointed L.S Autobody to repair my car. 9 Months later my car is still not fully repaired instead, it had further damegs each time it came back from this particular panel beater for the 6th times. Currently Roxsure ordered me to take my car back for the 7th time to this incompetence panel beater. They failed to even fit a windscreen. Water seeps through whenever my car is being washed. This could result in electronic water damage as the car has a panoramic sunroof. We are talking about a 2023 VW Tiguan. I insisted that my car to be taken to VW for inspections after 2 repairs and both inspection failed due to further damages and *********** and poor workmanship. They even burnt my car seat. I had to take the car for valet due to how dirty it was. The value of my car has diminished significantly and there is a report from VW Midrand to support this statement.Mind you the roof is cream in colour. Roxsure has failed to take responsibility of admitting that they appointed an *********** panel beater. I have pleaded with them to allow me to choose a panel beater of my choice and it fell on deaf ears as they are protecting themselves at my cost. As a consumer, it is my right to be treated fairly and a valued customer. A frustrated customer, please help!
Hello Peter, I have had no network connectivity since early hours of this morning till now. I called Metrofibre and till now no help has been sent. They do not have a sense of urgency when dealing with clients. I have to wait to 72hrs to be help excluding the entire day I’ve spent with network. I am unable to work nor connect around the house. Please help!
Metrofibre is the worst service provider. It has been over a month now since I’ve ordered fibre with no success to date. What a HORRIBLE service they offer.
