Avoid Acrobranch Modderfontein
We had a terrible experience at Acrobranch Modderfontein. We went for my son’s 8th birthday and booked the Green course - beginners. There weren’t nearly enough guides on the course to assist the kids. Kids were in tears, understandably some were a little nervous, but having guides per obstacle as most other courses would have made a huge difference. When this was raised with management we were met with a terrible attitude rather than trying to assist. I would avoid as far as possible.

FNB forex department
I have had a terrible experience with FNB forex department, I have spent more than an hour on hold on two occasions now with promises of managers that will get in touch by COB. I am still waiting to be contacted. Small businesses and small transaction amounts clearly don't matter to FNB. Staff are rude and dismissive and unwilling to assist because the system says no. They forget that there are real human beings on the other end of these calls. I hope never to have to deal with them again.
