Worst experience
Worst experience ever, I have been waiting for my parcel and they always claim that they couldn’t get hold of me we must reschedule, this is the 4 time and their call centre is not helping also.

I called in regarding the car hire and got assisted by Dawid Janse van Rensberg, he was of a great help and although the claim department has knocked off, he took it upon himself to assist me first thing in the morning, big ups to Dawid
