They don’t even deserve even 1 star. I made purchase 01/02/2026 at 18:30. I was at drive thru the lady who was assisting me, greeted me fine I made my order. She ddnt respond for about two minutes.i keep on saying hello no respond. When she come back she don’t say sorry or remorse to about what happened. She took my order , I proceeded to the next week to pay.i asked her why kept me hanging, she looked at me with nasty eye at me n say ur order is R75,00.No sorry nothing. Why are we treated with bad attitude.

Bought KFC on 24/01/2026 after that went to the toilet and my number was called still inside. Then after went straight to collect found two ladies bunhle and thabisa, they pretended as if they don't see me continued to call out other orders not even bothered to take or check my slip holding it in my hands, until other ladies from the back and ask me what was my number and help me. Thas when thabisa lady started talking I called this number long time, bunhle ladies was already busy with something else. I feel I was being panish for going to the toilet and how long was I going to get help if the other lady didn't come help me I was the only person standing Infront of them if only they checked I'm slip and tell me something not not disrespect me as if I'm a begger bothering them.

I had a shocking experience at KFC Mall of the South on 30/12/2025 at 21:30. A staff member, Ntsako, stopped me from paying and made me wait 20 minutes to "check stock." During this time, she continued preparing meals for others. She eventually told me there was nothing left, then suddenly "found" enough for a different meal after I challenged her. I logged a formal complaint (Case: CAS-2744818-D3N2Q4), and the response I received was even worse. KFC Customer Care sent a generic email stating, "an apology has been extended, and no further contact will ensue." This is not a resolution. I was ignored in-store and now I am being silenced by their head office. I expect a call from a Regional Manager to address the blatant lack of service and the way this complaint was handled.
